National Wedding Dress Day - Your chance to dress up and raise money for charity

Since getting married in October 2000 my dream has been to host a ball where everyone can wear their wedding dresses again! When I heard about National Wedding Day I knew this was my big chance!

I persuaded my good friend April to co-host a ball with me and before she had a chance to say ‘I do’, The Wedding Dress Ball was booked!

We are holding it in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support Dorset and hope to raise a whopping amount for this brilliant cause.

THE WEDDING DRESS BALL – EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW!

• Date: Friday 17th August 2007
• Time: 7.30pm for drinks, 8.00pm grand opening, Midnight last dance
• Venue: The Carrington House Hotel, Knyveton Road, Bournemouth
• Cost: £20.00 per ticket, payable in advance

Everyone is welcome to this special Wedding Ball; Brides, Grooms, Best Men, Bridesmaids, Parents of the happy couple - in fact ALL Guests – but please dress smartly for ‘The Wedding Reception of the Year’.

Sorry - children are not invited to the ball.
